What is an Individual Constitutional Determination?Ayurveda distinguishes three physical doshas or types, Vata, Pitta and Kapha. In order to gain better access to psychological issues, we must first work through the body. In one session we determine your individual constitution and see which foods are good for you and which are not, what lifestyle would be best for you and what you should avoid to stay healthy in the long term. Knowing what constitution you have can be of great help to you in many ways. You will notice that you often intuitively wanted to reach for the right food or you felt when it was enough - physically and mentally - but never properly perceived or implemented it. Sometimes such actions are self-sabotage programs that need to be solved.

What happens during a psychological Ayurveda consultation? We take a step-by-step look at which beliefs and imprints you are "at the mercy" of and will gently and layer by layer use various methods from psychokinesiology, MFT (mental field therapy), EMDR (trauma therapy) and dissolve with Ayurveda. We look at what mental constitution (rajas or tamas) prevails in you and I give you tips on how to achieve a different attitude to life with the right diet, herbs and food supplements and the appropriate lifestyle.

What can I expect from an Ayurveda massage? After an initial assessment of your constitutional type, we first discuss whether you have any complaints. Depending on that, I will recommend a massage and use the appropriate oils for it. Of course you can also choose which massage you would like to enjoy. I then leave the Ayurveda room so that you can prepare for the massage (take off your clothes and lie on the preheated bed). After that we can get started. You go into complete relaxation, quiet music is playing in the background and you can just let go and enjoy the massage with pleasantly warm oil. After the massage I leave the room for a few minutes. During this time you should rest and give your body time to deal with the newly gained energy. I'll come back into the room afterwards to "wake you up". Then you can get ready in peace. PLEASE NOTE: During the massage, toxins are removed from the body that should be washed off with a warm shower at home.
